- Can you tell us a little about your business and what inspired you to start it?
After 24 years of mastering the Gas Replacement Industry while working for other contractors, we decided it was time to take the leap and carve our own path. Just over two years ago, we launched our own venture, and the growth has been nothing short of phenomenal! 
Our business has grown exponentially, surpassing our expectations and setting new benchmarks in the field. We’ve built a strong team, forged valuable partnerships, and continuously expanded our services. The rapid growth and success we’ve experienced are a testament to our dedication, hard work, and the unwavering support of our incredible team.
We’re excited about the future and look forward to continuing our journey, making a positive impact in the Gas Replacement Industry.
- What products or services do you offer?
We provide top-notch internal works gas engineers to multiple contractors involved in the national Gas Mains Replacement project. Our mission? To upgrade the gas network from outdated metallic pipes to cutting-edge plastic ones, ensuring a safer and more efficient future. 
In essence, we are proud to play a vital role in this transformative project, working towards a safer, more efficient, and sustainable gas network for the future. Our team’s dedication and expertise are the cornerstones of our success, and we are excited to continue making a positive impact in the industry.
- What made you choose this building for your office space?
Strategically located near the M25, our office is a modern marvel with fantastic facilities, a stellar team, and spacious offices. It’s the perfect hub for our engineers to manage paperwork and collect stock for their daily tasks. Since moving in, it has significantly benefited our business operations.
But what truly makes this place special is the vibrant atmosphere. The coffee machine is a lifesaver, brewing the perfect cup to kickstart our mornings and fuel our productivity throughout the day. And then there’s the TEC team – their support has been invaluable. They’re always ready to lend a hand, whether it’s with business advice, networking opportunities, or just a friendly chat. This combination of great location, excellent amenities, and a supportive community has made our office space a game-changer for our business! 
- What’s your favourite part about working in this building?
The vibrant business community and the wealth of additional support available to help us grow. It’s like having a network of allies right at our fingertips!
Moreover, the additional support available is invaluable. From business support from Julie the amazing Innovation Director, to networking events and workshops, there’s always something happening to help us grow. The proactive management and front-of-house team ensure we stay updated with the latest community and industry trends and best practices, empowering us to confidently pursue ambitious goals.

- How do you stay motivated and inspired?
The gas industry is a thrilling field to be in! The constant, demanding work keeps us on our toes, and our passion for every aspect of it makes staying motivated and inspired, a breeze. 
What truly fuels our motivation is the dynamic nature of the industry. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, pushing us to innovate and improve. The satisfaction of solving complex problems and seeing the tangible results of our efforts is incredibly rewarding.
